He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Alexis and Ryan Chulack; his parents, Andrew Chulack and Mary Deisroth; his brothers, David Chulack (Patty), Andrew Chulack and Darrell Chulack (Carol); his nieces and nephews, Diana Bruzzese (Frank), Becky Chulack, Stacey Alston (John), Shannon McElrath (Doug), Kristen Sheetz (Brandon), Stephanie McCarthy (Dave) and Andrew Chulack; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kendall, Brielle McElrath, Maddie Alston, Landyn Chulack and Emerson Bruzzese; his siblings-in-law, Jim Chapman, Matthew Chapman and Christa Merling (Jack); and his nieces and nephews, Brandon and D. J. Chapman.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thomas P. Kunsak Funeral Home, Inc. (3552 California Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15212). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
