He was predeceased by: his parents, David Blackhall and Jeannette Blackhall (Marfin). He is survived by: his children, David Blackhall (Linda) of Forest Hills, Darrell Blackhall of Beechview and Janet Blackhall; his grandchildren, David, Noel, Autumn, Brooklyn, Jordan and Willow; his great grandchildren, Skylar and Harmony; and his close friend Carol McAllister of North Versailles.
