He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Reed; and his son Ronald Lee. He is survived by: his children, Carol Mathis (Frederick) and Keith Kuhn (Patricia); his grandchildren, Abbie Lieberum (Nathaniel), Brian Mathis (Jennifer), Christy Viola (Louis), Benjamin Kuhn (Cristen), Joshua Kuhn (Ryann) and Lisa Mathis; and his great grandchildren, Andrew, Kaitlyn Mathis, Antonio, Nina Viola and Grace Lieberum.
