She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Bujak and Genevieve "Jean" Bujak; her husband John Paul Rozak; her sister Florence Bujak; and her nephew Dennis Hill.

She is survived by: her daughters, Martha Jean "Missy" Mitchell (Robert), Desiree "Dee" Wise (Alton) and Carolee Mandernach (Keith); her brothers, Steve "Sonny" Bujak and Stanley Bujak (Linda); her nieces and nephews, Rosie Channing (Richard), Darlene "Tunie" Fiem, Frank Fiem and Gregory Hill; her grandchildren, Kate Markle (Jerrod), Ashley Dillion (Chad), Bryan Douglas, Jr., Angel Bach (Matthew), Nicole Knicely, Dewey Hall and Richard Knicely, Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Blair Elina Markle, Sandra Hall and Lydia Mensing.
