Brooks of Belleville, Pennsylvania, born in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 21, 2024 at the age of 85. She was predeceased by: her parents, William E. Mowery and Mary Lou "Osman" Mowery; and her half-brother Tommy L. Mowery. She is survived by: her husband Basil B. Brooks; her children, Lori Brooks Bierly of State College, Brenda L. Brooks (Fred) of Spring Mills, Rickey B. Brooks (Tammy) of Millheim and William P. Brooks of Millheim; her stepbrother Jerry Watson (Naomi) of Pleasant Gap; and her grandchildren, Jon D. Brooks (Emily) of New Jersey, Mark A. Brooks (Amy) of Howard and Audrey C. Kerstetter of Spring Mills. She is also survived by three great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
