He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph M. Wills, Jr. and Ruth Wills (Goss); and his former wives, Nancy Wills and Linda Wills. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Wills (Jaymes); and his children, Timothy E. Hertzog of Reedsville, Joanne M. Kline of Yeagertown, Timi Sue Wills of Lewistown and Candace Luckadoo of Louisiana. He is also survived by two grandchildren, two step grandchildren, and three great granddaughters.
