He was predeceased by: his parents, David O. Jackson and Mary E. Jackson (Hubler). He is survived by: his wife Katherine Hubler (Stewart) of Belleville; his children, James Franklin Hubler (Robin) of Orlando, Fla. and Carol L. Kutchner (Michael) of State College; his grandchildren, John Franklin Hubler of Ofallon, Ill and Aaron Michael Kutchner of Lakewood, Colo.; and his siblings, David B. Jackson (Barbara) of Lewistown and Jeanne E. Jackson of Lewistown.
