He is survived by: his parents, Edmund K. and AnnaLysle Woomer (Shank); his spouse Marjorie A. Barkman; his daughter Roger Woomer of Irmo, S. C.; his sister Enid Peiffer; and also, Anita Heichel (John) of Tyrone and Larry Woomer (Tammy) of Pennsylvania Furnace. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
