Jacqueline D. Libby Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacqueline D. Libby of Belleville, Pennsylvania, born in Lewistown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 23, 2022 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter J. King and Evelyn King (LeMay); her husband Lyman L. Libby; her grandson Edward V. Winner II; and her sister JoAnn Carter (King).
She is survived by: her daughter Vickie L. Winner (Edward) of Millmont; her grandchildren, Danielle L. Koontz (Adam) of Catonsville and Lyman D. Winner (Ann) of Crestco; her great grandchildren, Sophia, Cora Koontz, Perrin and Clementine Winner; and her sister Janet L. Britt of Belleville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
