It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William H. Toner of Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 7, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Toner and Grace Harter (Ishler); his half-sister Karen Toner; and his stepfather Melvin Harter. He is survived by: his fiancée Rebecca Quick; his son William Toner, Jr. (Alissa) of Zion; his stepsons, Scott and Jamie Mix; his granddaughter Mikayla Toner; his stepgrandchildren, Azalynn, Tanner and Nathan Mix; and his siblings, Sharon Tressler, Darlene Swarmer (Richard) and Melvin "Butch" Harter of Zion.
