He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Ray and Lydia Styers (Grassmyer). He is survived by: his wife Jolene Styers (Bitner); his siblings, Gerald Styers of Reedsville, Darlene Packer of Centre Hall, Sharon Showers of Centre Hall and Delores Kerlin of Jupiter; and his brother-in-law Dennis Bitner of Howard.
