He is survived by: his children, Danealle Johnsonbaugh (Patrick) of Bellefonte, Brandy Yearick (Michael) of Julian, Dale Sempsrote (Angie) of Shelbyville and Brooke Sempsrote of Shelbyville; and his grandchildren, Patrick Jr., Garrett, Colten, Trent, Ella Johnsonbaugh of Bellefonte, William Walton of San Rafael, Anthony Daniels, Sarah Yearick of Julian, Carolynn Young of Port Matilda, Abby Willis (Nathan) and Rowen Sempsrote.
