He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas A. Noffsker and Eunice F. Noffsker (Carbaugh). He is survived by: his brother Richard Noffsker (Greta) of New Enterprise; his nephew Aaron Noffsker; his niece Lindsay Cherry (Ryan); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jake Cherry, Eli Cherry, Bryce Noffsker, Monica Noffsker and Madison Cherry; his friends, Darrell Early, Karen Lascoli, Ron and Rose; and also Kyra.
