It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Howard (Bellefonte, Pennsylvania), who passed away on December 25, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph L. Howard, Sr. and Alice Rose Howard (Meyer); and his sibling Hassell E. Meyer. He is also survived by 22 nieces and nephews and many great and great-great nieces and nephews.
Following CDC recommendations, social distancing is encouraged, and face coverings will be required at all services.
