He was predeceased by: his parent Jerry E. Confer; and his brother-in-law Dennis Herman. He is survived by: his parent Margaret A. Confer of Bellefonte; his siblings, Gary (Jaci) of Zion, Timothy (Vicky) of Pleasant Gap, Thomas (Sandy) of Howard and Sharon Herman of Centre Hall; his niece Kenna Kurtz; and his nephew Shane Billett.
