She was predeceased by: her father John Shawley; and her brothers, Terry and Robert. She is survived by: her mother Patricia Shawley (Lose); her daughter Jordyn Grey of Bellefonte; and her sister Brenda Horner of Tennessee. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
