In loving memory of Sarah M. (Lee) Neff of Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, who departed this world on April 12, 2025 at the age of 91. Sarah M. leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Lee and Helen Lee (Billette); and her son Roger Neff. She is survived by: her husband James F. Neff; her children, Randy Neff, Sr. (Linda) of Howard, PA and Carol Day (Greg) of Bellefonte, PA; her grandchildren, Erika Evey (Wes) of Bellefonte, PA, Randy Neff, Jr. (Chelsea) of Howard, PA and Tanner Day of Bellefonte, PA; and her great grandchildren, Khloe, Kylah Evey, Cael and Charlotte Neff. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Haky/Georgiana Centre County Funeral Home (1034 Benner Pike, State College, PA 16801). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
