It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Ann St. Clair of Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 27, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William B. Tibbens and Dorothy Tibbens (Sweeney); and her siblings, Dorothy, Russ, Fred, Bill, Carl and Owen.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry F. St. Clair; and her children, George St. Clair (Joni), Jim St. Clair (Elsie), Jan Rote (Jeff), Jerrod St. Clair and Jill Hockenberry (Todd). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
