She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Shilling and Iva J. Kessinger Shilling; her husband Richard L. Shearer; and her siblings, Mary Ann McKinley, Cindia Spade, James B. Ray, Larry Shilling and Lynn Shilling.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marjorie A. Waite (Charles) of Bellefonte and Jane Shearer Carter (Robert) of The Colony, Texas; her grandchildren, Michael R. Shearer, Matthew C. Waite, Mark T. Waite, Erin L. Carter and Nathan R. Carter; and her sisters, Josephine Woodring of Pleasant Gap and Joyce Sabatino of Youngstown, OH.. She is also survived by five great -grandchildren.
