He is survived by: his parents, Samuel M. Rice, Jr. and Linda Rice (Wise); his wife Bridget Rice (McGuire); his children, Annelise of Miami and Wyldon of Bellefonte; and his sisters, Linda Moyer of McClure and Samantha Rice of Hobart, Indiana..

Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Following CDC recommendations, social distancing is encouraged, and face coverings will be required at all services.
