She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. Garman and Mary M. Shutt Garman; her husband Harry E. Eby; and her siblings, Betty Garman Smith and William Garman.
She is survived by: her niece Natalie Smith Bathgate of Howard; and her nephew Scott R. Smith of Bellefonte.
