He is survived by: his parent Myrtle Josephine Hoy (Bolopue); his wife Mae Louise Hoy (Rickard); his children, Larry Hoy of Bellefonte, Anne Gaddis (Page) of Spring Mills and Nancy Rush (Dwayne) of State College; his grandchildren, Audrey Gaddis, Rachel Gaddis, Preston Gaddis, Andrew Campolongo (Magda), Alex Campolongo, Caitlin Rush and Ross C. Hoy; and his siblings, Lewis (Jo), Stanford, Bruce, Robert "Jack", Kenneth, Samuel, Fred, Helen Powers, Beatrice Stover, Shirley Dietz, Marilla Englert, Annette Freeze, Ruth Crissman and Virginia Lewicki.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ross's memory to the Shriners Hospital for Children 1645 W. 8th Street Erie, PA 16505 or to a charity of the donor's choice.
