He was predeceased by: his parents, William Arthur and Margaret Mix (McCormick); and his former wife Barbara Dock Klemick. He is survived by: his wife Regina A. Mix (Funk Quici); his sons, Scott Mix and James Mix; his stepchildren, Kim Stein (Jim), Kelly Booth (Rick), April Mix and Travis Quici (Wendy); his grandchildren, Cayden Mix, Azalynn Mix, Nathan Mix (Caitlyn) and Tanner Mix; and his sister Debra A. Mix.
