He was predeceased by: his father Robert Weaver; his siblings, Brenda Weaver and Linn Weaver; and his grandson Xavier Cox. He is survived by: his mother JoAnn Shirk Weaver of Bellefonte; his children, Percy Weaver of Bellefonte, Amber Cox of Grassflat and Paul Weaver of Frenchville; and his grandchildren, Boyd Cox, Jr., Patience Cox, Percy Weaver, Jr. and Along.
