He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl L. Wion and Ida Wion; his wife Anna Marie Wian (Garety); and his siblings, James Wion, Cyrus Wion, Elmer Wion, Willis Wian, Emma Gardner, Anna Houser, Betty Davis, Thelma Guiser and Janice Poorman.
He is survived by: his daughters, Nancy Baldwin (Jim) of Bellefonte and Darlene Young (Denny Ripka) of Bellefonte; and his grandsons, Jeremy Muthersbaugh (Jenifer) and Jason Muthersbaugh. He is also survived by six great granddaughters.
