He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene C. Miller and Pearl Miller (McKinley); his wife Lois A. Rupert (Burns); his brother Clifford Rupert of Pleasant Gap; and his grandson Rickey Lee Englert.
He is survived by: his children, Anna P. Hockenberry (Arthur) of Clarence, Dorothy J. Engleman (Harold) of Milesburg, Ronald L. Rupert of Bellefonte and James E. Rupert of Beech Creek. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
