He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Colyer and Stella Colyer (Miller); and his brother Ken Wagner. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis R. Wagner; and his brothers-in-law, Ennis Wagner (Nancy) and Kevin Wagner (Patty). He is also survived by children, along with numerous other nieces and nephews.
