He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Young (Starchvill); his daughters, Tammie Parker of State College and Vickie Welch (Larry) of Berwick; his grandchildren, Kaleena Albertson (Nathan) and Jarrad Welch; his great grandchildren, Keaton, Ava and Madison Albertson; and his sister Peggy Brooks of Bellefonte.
