He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph L. Dugan Sr. and Myrtle E. Confer; and his brother Donnie Wynn. He is survived by: his children, Jenna Fillman (Aaron), Mackenzie, Dawn, Amber, Emery Dugan and Colton Calhoun (Jessica); his siblings, Carl Dugan and Brenda Webb; his granddaughter Ella T. Fillman; and his close friend Carol J. Calhoun. He is also survived by 4 nieces, 6 nephews.
