She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin L. Wagner and Lida M. "Brindle" Wagner; her husband Richard J. "Rich" Colyer; and her brother Kenneth Wagner. She is survived by: her siblings, Joyce Tressler of Stanardsville, VA, Ennis Wagner (Nancy) of Centre Hall and Kevin Wagner (Patty) of Albuquerque, NM.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Phyllis may be given to Grace Baptist Church, 3596 Penns Valley Road, Spring Mills PA 16875.
