She was predeceased by: her parents, Rankin Dale Tate and Grace Adeline Tate (Breon); her husband Harry Allen Miller; and her siblings, Evelyn Hazel and Donald Tate.
She is survived by: her daughter Dixee Wagner; her granddaughter Kendra Bardo (Matthew); and her great grandchildren, Mason of Bellefonte and Myles of Bellefonte. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a brother–in-law.
