She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy B. Leathers and Myda Leathers (McCartney); and her siblings, Elizabeth Leathers, Hilda Dreese (Leathers), Doris Rhoads (Leathers), David Leathers (Stan) and Donald Leathers.
She is survived by: her son Charles Minemyer (Chip) of State College; her daughter-in-law Amy Minemyer of State College; her grandchildren, Paige of Wheaton and Brandon of State College; and her sisters, Estella Hicks (Joseph) of Milesburg and Marilyn Ream (Leathers) of Beech Creek. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
