She is survived by: her children, Debra A. Putt of Pleasant Gap, Diane M. Mastrian (Patrick) of Hermitage, PA and Mark A. Bosak (Sue) of Port Matilda; her grandchildren, Daniel Putt (Eve), Amanda Botsford (Adam), Leah Lapushan (Kenn), Patrick Mastrian III (Sandra), Vincent Mastrian (Katie), Hayley Bosak and Nicholas Bosak; and her great grandchildren, Naomi, Tyler, Jaxson, Korina, Kenny, Brayden and Ethan.
