She was predeceased by: her parents, Larrie M. Justice and Loretta C. Kane Justice. She is survived by: her spouse David W. Bixel (Bill); her siblings, Molly, Larrie, Francie and Kathy; her child Chad (Kalie); her great grandchildren, Preston, Carter, Matthew and Breck; and also, Rachel (Ryan), Ashley (Brody), Blake (Lexi), Madeline (Preston), Grace and Kaylee. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

She also battled Alzheimer's and throat cancer.
