He was predeceased by: his parent John N.; and his brother George Mahan. He is survived by: his parent Sara Burns Mahan; his wife Martha J. "Martie" Beightol; his daughters, Carolyn Fisher (Stephen) of Columbia, MD, Katherine and Katie; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Fisher, Ellie Fisher and Micah Fisher; and his mother-in-law Velma Beightol of Bellefonte.
