It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucinda M. Saylor Miller (Bellefonte, Pennsylvania), born in Colver, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 13, 2018, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Telford Hill; her former husband Robert Saylor; and her siblings, Kay McCachren and Richard Hill. She is survived by: her parent Gertrude Hill (Reig); her spouse William Miller; her children, Jim Saylor (Jackie) of State College and Ellen Saylor of Knoxville, TN; her stepchildren, Dana Miller, Lisa Heimer (Jeff), Stephen Miller (Deb) and William Miller (Tami); her brother Jack Hill (Lois) of Landisville, PA; and her grandchildren, James Saylor, Cathaline Saylor, Brenton Saylor, Craig Heimer, Alison Heimer, Elijah Miller and Rhys Miller.
