It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois J. Beckenbaugh (Bellefonte, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 30, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Lois farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Lois is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Grimm and Blanche Grimm; and her sister Marilyn "Honey" Renner. She is survived by: her children, David Beckenbaugh (Donna) of Dunwoody, GA and Jean Pesavento (Rich) of McDonald, PA; and her grandchildren, Brian Pesavento (Haley) of Beaver, PA, Todd Pesavento of Monaca, PA and Natalie Beckenbaugh of Dunwoody, GA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
When Eugene became ill with Parkinson's Disease, Lois became his advocate and took loving care of him until the end.
