She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Snook and Stella Snook (Norek); and her husband Richard "Dick" Eugene Franks. She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Matter (Jeff) of Bellefonte and Kathy Fisher (Rodney) of Bellefonte; her grandchildren, Kylie Berry (Andy), Matt Fisher, Jena Brent (Travis) and Seth Matter (Mandy); her great grandchildren, Haley, Kenlie, Colby Rogers, Zain, Zayer Fisher and Brynlee Matter; and her brother Bob Snook (Jill) of Julian.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Mount Nittany Health Foundation's Pharmacy Fund, which supports the Pharmacy Department and the Anticoagulation Clinic.
