He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis B. Lose and Jane Smith Lose; his grandparents, Jay and Doris Smith; his parents-in-law, Charles and Helen Eckels; and his brother-in-law Edward Eckels.
He is survived by: his close friend Karen Eckels Lose; his daughter Kristin Lodge (Jon); his siblings, Mick Lose (Pat) and Beth Haupt (Terry); his sister-in-law Francy Eckels; and also, Laura, Makena Lodge, Kerri Kopcha (Brent), Alexis, Emma and Peyton Kopcha. He is also survived by his wife, daughters and granddaughters.
