He was predeceased by: his parents, George C. Blair, Sr. and Lenore M Blair (Corman); his wife Marian R. "Peg" Blair; and his siblings, George C. Blair Jr. and Beryl M. Blair.
He is survived by: his sons, David R. Blair of Valley View and Thomas P. Blair of Valley View.
