He was predeceased by: his mother Susan J. Decker (Allen); and his brother Karl R. Decker. He is survived by: his father Glenn E. Decker (Marg Myers) of Bellefonte; and his daughter Gracelyn Olivia Decker. He is also survived by eight aunts and uncles; numerous cousins; and many close friends.
