She was predeceased by: her father Andrew P. "Dutch" Stasko, Jr.; her grandparents, Andrew Stasko, Sr. and Elva Stasko; and her brother Andrew P. Stasko, III. She is survived by: her mother Betty M. Devlin (Dolan); her husband J. D. of Philipsburg; her sons, Curtis A. Summers of Milesburg and Damyan A. Summers of Bellefonte; her sister Jessica M. Stasko of Milesburg; her niece Makayla "Baby-Girl" Conaway; her grandparents, Fred and Kathy Dolan of Bellefonte; and her stepgrandmother Betty Lyons of Bellefonte.
