He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm A. Spicer and Verna Spicer (Lutz); his wife Mary Carolyn Spicer (Scitti); and his daughter Sharon M. Spicer. He is survived by: his children, Ronald L. Spicer (Cynthia Rose) of Bellefonte, David H. Spicer (Kathy Kauffman) of Julian and Emily V. Spicer (Gregg Moore) of Harrisburg; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Spicer (Chris Crady) of Fuquay-Varina, NC, Matthew Spicer (Angel Woodward) of Port Matilda, Marianne Spicer-Teixeira (Robert) of Durham, NC, Christopher McMurtrie (Natalie) of Pittsburgh, Trent Holderman of Harrisburg, Nick Spicer of Julian and Joshua Spicer of Julian; his stepgranddaughter Stevie Miller Delozier; his great grandchildren, Declan McMurtrie, Nolan McMurtrie, Braden Crady and Lillian Teixeira; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Austin Teixeira, Savannah Teixeira, Colten Teixeira, Snow Lynn Teixeira, Skylar Woodward, Brooke Woodward and Olivia Confer.

Following CDC recommendations, social distancing is encouraged, and face coverings will be required at all services.
