He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry "Whitey" McMullen and Pearl Elizabeth McMullen (Whiteman); his siblings, Donald, Harry, Robert, James, Anna, Eloise and Eleanor; and his son-in-law Don Breon.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Marie McMullen (Hampton); his daughters, Sharon Smith (Thomas) of Glenelg, MD and Kaye Breon of Eldersburg, MD; his grandchildren, Ryan Smith of Glenelg, MD, Rachel Smith of Glenelg, MD, Anna Moss (Eric) of Eldersburg, MD and Jenna Breon of Eldersburg, MD; and his great grandchildren, Audrey and Kenneth Moss.
