She is survived by: her daughter Mary Jo Witmer (Chuck); her grandson Adam Witmer (Emily); her great grandchild Sophia Witmer of Bellefonte; her siblings, Frank Adams (Annette), John Adams, Albert Adams (Marilyn), Robert Adams (Elaine) and Deborah Collins (Charles Loesch); and her siblings-in-law, Patricia Adams, John Cowfer and Robert Rusnak.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Josephine's memory to St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church at 134 E. Bishop Street, Bellefonte, PA 16823.
