Storms of Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, born in State College, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 29, 2023, at the age of 38, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard "Randy" Storms and Helen Storms (Leightley). He is survived by: his siblings, Jeff, John and Leigh; and his aunts, JoAnn Knupp and Mary Jecha (Larry).
