He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mazzotta and Elizabeth Mazzotta; and his siblings, Samuel, Louis and Marilyn Mazzotta.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Heller-Mazzotta; his children, Lesley Guenther (Stephen), Douglas Heller (Tracie) and Rob Heller (Melanie); his sister Rosellen Passell; his grandchildren, Zackery Heller, David Heller, Eva Guenther, Lilly Guenther and Hannah Heller; his great grandchild Benjamin Heller; his nieces, Karen Mazzotta, Dolly Young (Dan) and Cathy Yearick (Greg); and his nephew David Passell. He is also survived by many other great nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
