We are sad to announce that on March 25, 2024, at the age of 85, Joseph A. Shafranich Sr. of Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, born in Pleasant Gap, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joseph A. Shafranich Sr. to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Joseph Shafranich and Rhoda Ellen Shafranich Fultz (Duck); his brother William Shafranich; his stepdaughter Pearl Branstetter; and his grandson Andrew R. Shafranich.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Shafranich (Daughenbaugh); and his children, Joseph, Jr. of Mifflintown, Steven of Lewistown, Rhoda (Lisa McCullough) of Lewistown, Rhonda of Baltimore, Susan Kauffman (Steve) of Lewistown, Andrew (Brenda) of Mattawana and Nichole Lambert of Bellefonte. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
