She was predeceased by: her father Marlin Rhoads; her adoptive father Carman; her grandmother Ella Torsell; her great-uncle Nunzio Dimattio; her great-aunt Annie Dimattio; her nephew Matthew Fenstermacker; and her close friends, Jim and Dottie Chandler.
She is survived by: her mother Anne Lucas (Torsell); her sons, Gregg Bird (Stacey) of Traverse City, MI and Keith Russell (Brittany) of Bellefonte; her grandchild Morgan Russell of Bellefonte; her siblings, Susan Fenstermacker (Carl) of Bellefonte, Deanda Rhoads Welch (Scott) of Midland, TX, Joseph Russell (Linda) of Bellefonte, Daphne Rhoads of Midland, TX, Denise Martin (Barry) of Bellefonte, Doreen Nguyen (Nhi) of Midland, TX and Marlin "Butch" Snyder (Laree) of Baker City, OR.; and also, Shane and Cameron.
