He was predeceased by: his father John Francis Englert, Sr.; his brother Richard Joseph Englert; his grandparents, Richard Joseph, Eleanor Flynn (Erickson), James and Anna Englert (McKernan); and his aunt Cynthia Flynn.
He is survived by: his mother Janet Margaret Englert of Ford City; his daughters, Amanda Gilliland (Stephen) of Kittanning, Briana Mason (Mike) of Washington, D. C. and Alexis Sharrow (Alex) of Washington, D. C.; his grandsons, Caleb John Gilliland of Kittanning and Colin Patrick Gilliland of Kittanning; his siblings, Monica Englert of Ford City, Susan Wolfe (Paul) of Ford City, Gregory Englert (Gina) of Ford City and Marjorie Hobaugh (Brian) of Cranberry Twp; and his sister-in-law Cathy Kurpa Englert of Indiana. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends.
